On today's episode of the  Finding Fertility Podcast :: What is the Best Fertility Diet?

When it comes to our autoimmune disorders and getting pregnant naturally we often turn to some of the mainstream diets in order to solve those problems.  But often these diets fail to address the specific foods that cause inflammation problems in us.  

That is why it is so crucial that we discover what foods give us as individuals problems.  This can be done through tests that show us what our food intolerances are.

I get it, jumping on an already set diet plan is an easier option, but you can follow diets and still live an unhealthy lifestyle.  So where do we start with determining what foods disagree with us?

The easiest way to start is by looking at the top five inflammatory foods, which are: gluten, corn, soy, dairy, and sugar. 

While these items are not all-inclusive, just by examining these items we can usually determine the cause of many of our gut health issues.

We also are going to dive into supplementation. Remember, supplements are to come alongside a great diet, they can’t fix a poor diet.  But even with supplements, we have to be careful. 

Just because we are purchasing high quality and well-known supplements does not mean they are the right fit for you.  Just as with food, supplements can cause adverse reactions in different people so it’s important to find which ones are right for you.
