It is the emotional compression of hope and loss repeated over and over inside a body that is already stretched thin. Fertility burnout does not mean you are weak. One of the biggest questions you ask yourself when you are in the thick of this journey, over and over again, every pregnancy announcement, it comes up. Why can she get pregnant and I can't? There's many factors into this. And I'm going to explain to you so you can stop comparing yourself to other women. So you got to think of your body as a battery. There's positive, there's negatives, there's ins, there's outs.

There is a basic fertility line. I've done many videos about the fertility line. This is the ability to get and stay pregnant. This is not perfection and it's not health. Maybe once upon a time, pregnancy was a sign of health, but now pregnancy is not a sign of health. More people spend more time planning their wedding and spending more money prepping for their wedding.

than they do when it comes to trying to conceive. We have not been educated on what true fertility health, what true womanhood health is before we even want to have babies. So the basic fertility line is technically the lowest that your cellular health can be to do all the things that needs to happen for

a pregnancy to end in a live birth. So you got to think of things like egg quality, sperm quality, ovulation. You have to have hormone health, including cortisol levels. You have to have a certain amount of estrogen to maintain a certain amount of progesterone. Urein lining for implantation. So these are basic, right? They don't have to be perfect. They don't even have to be good for this stuff to happen. And obviously,

Going back to the embryo development, you want to have enough in there to start creating and developing a fetus. How oh much extra do you have to grow another human being? This is a really hard topic to talk about because there is so much judgment on women already for so much guilt. have so much pressure on ourselves.

to do everything, right? Be everything. There's so many things that we're juggling. So when I talk about cellular health on every level, it's not from a judgmental place. It's just facts. Biology, cellular health, epigenetics. So the good news is that you don't need to be perfect. The perfection line is at the top of that battery.

This is due to the stress overload, the subconscious stuff we don't know we're dealing with, the toxins that we cannot control in our environment. So we don't need to get to being perfect to get and stay pregnant. But where we want to get is quite above

And we want to get above this line at least three to six months before trying to conceive, before you plan the timing before ovulation, or you do a round of IVF. And this is because your A takes three months and more to develop in the ovary.

And when we are talking about cellular health, we're talking about that mitochondria. Look, I know you've been told that you can't do anything about your egg quality. There is zero science to back that up. I'll put a link in the box, hey, oh, I did the research for you of where their science come from. It's crappy at best. So just take note. You can improve your cellular health. So therefore you can prove your egg quality because your egg is one of the biggest cells in your body.

and it is a reflection of whole body health. There's nothing you can do to pinpoint egg quality. Sure, there's some supplements out there that they think, oh, this is the magic thing for egg quality. No, it's just the magic thing for cellular health. Your egg is maturing in the environment. Let's say you're here, you're below the basic fertility line. You wanna take time, depending on your issue, to get up.

And when you feel healthy and you know that you're feeling healthier because you're tracking your symptoms like PMS, mood swings, hair, nails, skin, digestion, you're tracking all these symptoms that are classed as normal in our society. I can honestly tell you that they are common, but they are not normal. And so you're seeing your whole body, your sleep, everything improving. That's when you know, hey, I feel good. I'm ovulating.

I'm having healthy cycles, I don't have PMS anymore. And so I am going to start trying to conceive or I'm going to try a round of IVF. At the core of most fertility issues is your cells. Now, if you have structural issues or a genetic issue that cannot be influenced by functional medicine, I'm not talking about you. Everyone else, endometriosis, PCOS, low AQALY, low AMH.

urine lining, hormonal issues, thyroid issues. At the basic level of all of this is cellular health. How your mitochondria is functioning, that powerhouse, how the rest of your cells are functioning, whether it be in your gut lining, your detox pathways, your liver, your adrenals, right? your hypothalamus, your pituitary, your adrenals, it goes to your thyroid, it runs down to your ovaries. You have to have proper detoxification through your liver, your gut, your digestion. Now, one thing for you could be your main issue, but it's still down to a cellular level. And when you think of your system as a battery, everything you put in and you give, positively, goes out, goes around, out, taking, negative. It has an effect on your body. Sometimes it's immediate. Our fertility issues started a little while ago. We just weren't aware of all those little symptoms that were like little red flags from our body saying, hey. And by time we get to being ready to have children, our bodies, oh yeah, we shut that down because we were just trying to keep you alive. We didn't need that. It's offline now. The cool thing though is once you start taking care of your body and giving it what it needs, it innately knows, oh, we have enough now.

Between that basic fertility line and let's say that blue line, you massively reduce the risks during pregnancy, during birth, during postpartum and the epigenetics of your baby and the long-term health for you. but you can't stay pregnant. This happens a lot with secondary fertility issues. You were probably here, maybe here, and because you were unaware and being a mom, first time mom, second time mom, third time mom, just the stress alone and not knowing how to cope or deal with things, you get pushed down. I feel like I am close to perfection. Why is it not working? And before I dive into that, I want to make it perfectly clear. Everyone has their own unique journey and their soul's purpose and their baby's purpose, their baby's soul's purpose, right? Intertwining, getting that energetic match. a different path from our mothers, from our fathers. So some people do not need to be in that blue zone. The energy of the mother has matched the energy of the baby. You can be like the lighthouse and say, hey, look at what I'm doing. I'm improving. It'd be great if you came along on your own journey and did your own work. You can't force it though. And you can't full energy. You can't full frequency. The other half of it is that it's affecting your

This is my theory as to why functional medicine isn't working as cleanly as I think I saw it working in my time. So my IVF baby is 10 years old. So technically I did functional medicine 11, 12, 13 years ago.

I did use immune suppressing drugs to have my IVF baby and two and a bit years later I got pregnant actually at 36. So I can confidently say that my journey was very physical. Now don't get me wrong, I did mindset work, I slowed down, I did yoga. I did those surrender techniques that are very basic but still very hard to implement. We don't want to come down and deal with the BS that you need to alchemize because we have better things to do with our lives. Most of us here on earth, just we weren't taught these things. where we need better. In this space, in this red area, it isn't asking for more effort. This phase is asking for you to interrupt what's been running beneath your awareness. I know that there's some of you out there that believe that your body is working against you, that you're listening so closely to what the medical doctors say that you can't do this, you can't do that. I know that it's hard when you're in the thick of it to believe something different, but I challenge you to prove them wrong. In this journey, you get to decide what is going to be true for you. Now, we're obviously not talking about women who have physical issues or genetic issues that cannot be reversed by functional medicine, but that's a small population.

You're recovering, you go to yoga, you have to watch your frequency in the doing. Because it's not the doing, it's the frequency behind it. Are you rushing to do all of the to-do lists? Are you overthinking? Oh, that didn't work, so I've got to do this. How are you moving? Is your anxiety there? Is your overthinking? Are you over controlling it? Are you getting all of the numbers from the functional medicine because you need to know where you're at?

So even though you have all the knowledge and you feel like you're doing all the right things, it's the awareness of how you are moving through those things. It's not the doing, it's the frequency and the energy behind the doing. So you need a pattern interruption. Your old patterns that got you the success before are probably keeping you stuck now.
