On Todays episodes of the Finding Fertility Podcast: How to Improve Egg Quality Before IVF || Q&A PART1
In this episode, I dive into IVF. We can think that IVF is the end-all answer for us, but we still have to have healthy eggs for a successful IVF. That’s why I highly encourage you, even if you are going for IVF to really hone in on changing your diet and getting yourself to the healthiest state possible.
This can take some time, and while I know we are usually extremely anxious to get started on IVF, it’s better sometimes to give ourselves some time to get healthy before jumping into it. I recommend at least three months of lifestyle and diet changes before going in for IVF.
“Your health plays an important part in IVF working.”
In addition, I am taking your questions and dive into endometriosis, supplements, and much more. There are so many questions and sometimes unknowns in the fertility world which is why I love to sit down and help you with a lot of the common questions that can arise when you are on this journey.
From egg health to maintaining your ovulation levels after ovulation we are diving into so much rich content today.
“Our whole body is connected.”

Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. What worked for me may not work for you. I am not a doctor, nutritionist or dietician and all medical advice should be gotten from a qualified professional. Product recommendations are based on what I used during my infertility journey or wish I had.
