“It can be really frustrating seeing unhealthy people get pregnant.”

Topics Discussed:

🦩What are autoimmune issues?

🦩How do you get autoimmune issues?

🦩What is a leaky gut? How does it affect our fertility?

Autoimmune issues happen when your immune system attacks healthy cells in your body.  Sometimes you don't even know you have an autoimmune issue until you begin dealing with infertility.

“Just because your mother had an issue doesn’t mean you will have it.”

In today’s episode, I touch on leaky gut, explaining what it is, and how it negatively affects your body and immune system. In addition, I talk through how to fix it and begin to restore your immune system.

The first step is cleaning up your nutrition.  This can be as simple as finding out what foods trigger inflammation in your body.

"Your diet and lifestyle can have a big impact on your fertility.”

I talk about how to slowly improve what you eat and how to begin finding your trigger points.  We also dive into the negative effects of stress and why it is so important to get a handle on it!.

“Sleep is one of the most underrated things you can do for your health.”

Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. What worked for me, may not work for you. I am not a doctor, nutritionist or dietician and all medical advice should be gotten from a qualified professional. Product recommendations are based on what I used during my infertility journey or wish I had.
